International Yacht Register (IYR) was established in 2009, by three highly respected, seasoned superyacht captains with unparalleled insight into the yachting industry, and with one simple mandate: to bring value and service back into the yachting arena.

IYR has enjoyed quiet and sustainable growth, securing a central agency fleet that includes the 81m FEADSHIP yacht AIR and 36m MULDER yacht DELTA ONE. Recent additions to the fleet include the 2020 LAGOON Seventy7 sailing catamaran MARIAH PRINCESS III.

Many yachts have been part of the IYR fleet from conception, including the 59m CAPRI, 62m Polar Star, 73m APOISE / TITANIA. , 36m SECRET LOVE and 42m MOKA, the latter two both managed by SOVREN Yacht Management services.

Stephen White is the founder and remains the company’s CEO. Recognising how rapidly the industry was changing, both technologically and operationally, leading to higher expectations and different needs from the new generation of superyacht owners, Stephen developed a new business model to offer the yacht owner the highest level of service, with redefined fee structures and cost advantages, service and excellence.

Now, with a redefined company structure and a team deliberately chosen to continue and develop Stephen’s passion for superyacht build, sales and charter worldwide, IYR is now in a new stage of expansion.
