Lou Montello Discusses the Regalia Development in South Florida

One of the brainchilds behind the development, which comprises 39 ultra-high end private dwellings on each of its 47 floors, was Lou Montello, President of the Regalia Development.

We sat down with Mr Montello at an event hosted by Superyacts.com at the Regalia Development to find out more about this eye-catching new addition to the Miami landscape.

“It was our thought that there was a need and a demand for a very high-end exclusive condominium where people who were very successful would be able to live with their peers in very high end development,” he began by telling us.

“What’s really unique about Regalia is first of all its location. On the northern tip of Sunny Isles it is on the border of golden beach and therefore unobstructed views to the north, to the east of course the ocean, and to the west, and having a 360 degree balcony at any time you can have a tremendous view of the city, the ocean, Fort Lauderdale, downtown Miami it’s actually spectacular.”
