Luxury Apartment Tower Hits Manhattan

MiMA, a 63-storey glass tower containing luxury rentals and condominiums, has launched in Manhattan, New York.

Developed by real estate firm Related Companies, the apartment tower features floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering impressive views of Manhattan. Each residence comes with stainless steel appliances, designer finishes and washer/dryers.

Rentals range between $2,884 and $5,995 a month, while condominiums are priced at $695,000 for studios, $950,000 for one bedrooms, and $1.75 million for two bedrooms.

Also located within the tower is a health, recreation and entertainment centre called ‘M Club’, boasting an array of amenities for residents, including a fitness centre with heated lap pool, a boxing room, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor terraces with private dining pods and barbecue facilities, party rooms and catering kitchens, and a business centre equipped with iMac computers and coffee bar.

There is also a club room and residents' lounge with a fireplace, and games room with billiards, card tables and electronic gaming.

An urban dog care area, ‘Dog City’, is a professionally staffed pet spa with indoor and outdoor play areas offering grooming and training facilities, plus in-home feeding and walking services.
