Tony Browne, Marina Director at Porto Montenegro, comments: “We are extremely excited to be organising the third edition of the Superyacht Winter Games. This event is a great opportunity for superyacht crew and industry professionals to step aside from their regular hardworking routine by participating in a long weekend of fun and social team building located in the snowy mountains of Montenegro.
The Porto Montenegro Superyacht Games has become one of the most popular traditions we hold on a bi- annual basis. This year, we are excited to host teams currently based in Porto Montenegro, and those flying in for the event from around the entire Mediterranean.”
Participants of the Superyacht Winter Games can expect an atmosphere of healthy competition, team building and fun parties, whilst also experiencing incredible Montenegrin food. The event will also provide a taster of ahead of the highly anticipated Crew Awards weekends, in partnership with ACREW, which will be hosted at Porto Montenegro for the first time in October 2022.
Onno Ebens, Managing Director at ACREW, comments: “ACREW is happy to be returning as an official partner of Porto Montenegro for this event. We hope to bring at least three teams from Spain to enjoy a special agenda created just for them and unbeatable Montenegrin hospitality. It will be a great opportunity to start our official nomination campaign for the Crew Awards, also set to be hosted by Porto Montenegro in October. It seems we will be spending quite some time in the Adriatic region in 2022!”
