Vertu Hosts Pre-Oscars Dinner in Beverly Hills

Luxury mobile phone makers Vertu hosted an exclusive pre-Oscars dinner in Beverly Hills, California, last night, attended by some of the biggest names in Hollywood and beyond.

The opulent affair brought together stars and executives from the film, art, sports and music industries at the renowned restaurant CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Amongst the high-profile atendees were hip-hop producer Pharrell Williams, fashion designers Vera Wang and Monique Lhuillier, record and film producer Quincy Jones; actresses Holly Robinson Peete, Shiva Rose and Azie Tesfai, actor Ken Levitan, singer Macy Gray, and acclaimed photographer Bruce Weber.

Guests were also invited to experience the Vertu lounge, which featured the company’s new touchscreen phone, Constellation – a luxurious handset that combines state-of-the-art technology, luxurious design and unique lifestyle services.

The dinner also honoured the Dream for Future Africa Foundation, which is dedicated to providing an education and feeding programs for orphans that have lost their parents to the AIDS virus.

The Oscars 2012 takes place this Sunday at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles.
