Recognised as one of the most meaningful recent deliveries in the Netherlands, Oceanco’s 105m H3 has now been listed for sale with Edmiston. She represents the pinnacle of custom yacht building, boasting an array of exceptional design features: from an interactive video wall to a concealable pool.
Having recently undergone a total rebuild, Oceanco’s H3 is arguably one of the most iconic yachts to date, having captured the industry’s attention at her spectacular launch last year. She has now entered the brokerage market as one of the most sought-after superyachts in the world, offering the perfect combination of design, lifestyle and performance.
Reymond Langton Design penned H3’s exterior and interior, both of which exude timeless elegance whilst boasting the latest state-of-the-art technologies, one of which being an interactive video wall that connects her main deck welcome lounge to her main salon. She can accommodate up to 20 guests across 10 luxurious cabins, configured as an Owner’s suite, a VIP cabin, five doubles and three twins. Her Owner’s suite is forward-facing, fitted with his and hers ensuites, walk-in wardrobes and lounge seating, whilst the VIP cabin boasts his and hers bathrooms, a private lounge and deck.
A soft and light colour palette pervades the design, with earthy tones resulting in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Stunning visuals are created by geometric patterns that adorn the floors, walls and ceiling, whilst each corner of H3’s interior is illuminated due to floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the feeling of openness onboard.
Each available exterior space has been optimised for the purpose of outdoor entertainment, serving every single guests’ needs. Her sundeck is fitted with a dedicated bar, seating and a forward-facing whirlpool, where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views.
There are an abundance of areas across her bridge, Owner’s and main deck for sunbathing, al fresco dining and entertainment, featuring a range of amenities including a huge C Seed TV, concealable pool, touch and go helipad and a beach club.
H3 has been designed to suit every single person onboard, boasting everything from a gym and hair and beauty salon to a comprehensive water sports selection. Guests can maximise their time out on the water with her jet skis, seabobs, diving equipment and two tenders, to name a few.
She can reach a top speed of 18 knots and has a range 6,000nm and 14 knots, whilst meeting modern standards for sustainability, reflecting the trend towards more eco-conscious yachting.
H3 is listed for sale with Edmiston for an asking price of €295,000,000.
