Columbus Launches New Atlantique 47 Acqua Chiara
Columbus Yachts has unveiled its latest achievement in the Atlantique series, the 47-metre M/Y Acqua Chiara. This new vessel showcases the shipyard's innovative approach to contemporary yacht design, blending distinctive exterior lines with sophisticated engineering.
This model was the first superyacht to receive RINA’s 'Hybrid Propulsion Y' notation, highlighting its commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability. At 499GT with a 9.10m beam and 2.4m draft, M/Y Acqua Chiara offers substantial volume. Hot Lab studio's interior design combines contemporary urban elements with luxury materials, including leather, marble, and Sicis mosaics.
The yacht's notable features include a three-level stern arrangement, incorporating a covered dining area, living space with pool and opening balconies, and a transformer platform near water level. A second pool is positioned at the bow, surrounded by sun lounging areas.
Twin 1350 horsepower engines enable a top speed of 15.5 knots, with a range of 3400 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots.
As the newest addition to Columbus Yachts' fleet, M/Y Acqua Chiara exemplifies the evolution of luxury yacht design, where form and function merge to create vessels suited for modern maritime lifestyles. Her delivery marks another milestone for the Italian shipyard's growing portfolio of custom superyachts.
