Construction Update: Atlante Classic 35 NB111
Atlante Yachts has announced that the steel hull of NB111 Classic 35 explorer yacht has successfully been turned. This all-new model boasts a high-volume design and expansive deck spaces, set to be a highly unique yacht on the market.
NB111 is currently in build at the Mengi Yay shipyard in Turkey, part of the Atlante series of semi custom yachts. Both her exterior and interior design have been penned by Paolo Dose of VYD Studio, with her naval architecture overseen by Giuseppe Arrabito of Arrabito Naval Architects. The shipyard’s project management services have been overseen by Fatih Dalkiran at Turkish Maritime Consultancy Antalyachts.
Paolo Dose, Head of Design, commented: ‘The hull turning of Atlante Classic 35 NB111 marks an important milestone, not only for this specific vessel but also for the ongoing development of the Atlante Series and Atlante Yachts. Our design, naval architecture and project management teams have worked very closely with the knowledgeable owners of NB111 to interpret their most detailed wishes and desires.’
NB111 is an all-new model from the brand, built with a high-grade steel hull and aluminium superstructure. She is the perfect luxurious long-range cruising yacht, with a cruising speed of 11 knots, a range of 5000 nm and a full displacement hull form.
The Atlante Classic 35 is characterised by a high-volume design, with five en suite staterooms, plenty of storage, a beautiful beach club area and expansive deck spaces.
Twin engines will power the yacht, alongside the installation of Caterpillar Generators and TRAC Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters. Electrical stabilisers will ensure stabilisation is provided both underway and at anchor, making her a comfortable vessel for her new Owner and guests.
Dose concluded: ‘The Atlante system is very “client focused” and allows great input from the owners: what started out as a sub 300 GT 33 metre concept has now developed after months of intensive work into a highly competitive high volume super yacht with expansive living and deck spaces that will be unique on the market when she makes her world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2025.’
NB111 is being built for an experienced Owner, who was introduced by Mark Seaton of Yacht & Villa, and is scheduled for delivery in Spring 2025.
