CRN New Build 62m 138 Sold Just Ahead of Delivery
Currently under construction at CRN’s shipyard in Ancona, TWW has announced the sale of the 62m new-build superyacht Project 138, soon to be delivered as M/Y RIO. Alex Heyes and David Westwood of the brokerage firm represented the buyer.
Designed and built by Italian shipyard CRN, member of the prestigious Ferretti Group, RIO will boast a sleek design penned by Dutch studio Omega Architects. Her interiors are styled by Pulina Exclusive.
At 62m with a beam of 11.2m, there is no shortage of space onboard this 4-deck superyacht. Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests in six spacious staterooms, complete with a dedicated Owner’s deck and elevator access to all decks, CRN’s 138 will be a vessel of world-class standards in luxury when complete.
Last year, CRN teased tantalising details of the design details onboard its upcoming delivery. With full-height windows and mirrored surfaces giving the ultimate effect of contemporary living, the yacht’s interior ethos can be defined as the ideal crossover between modern and comfortable.
White lacquered woods and brushed pine and oak are complemented by Crema d’Orcia and Sahara Noir marbles, betraying the owner’s sophisticated palette. Meanwhile the fully equipped beach club, decked out with a hammam, massage room, chromotherapy shower and gym, offers a sanctuary-at-sea in line with the highest level of luxury.
We at Superyachts.com will be keeping our readers posted of RIO’s upcoming delivery, and would like to congratulate those involved on an incredible sale.
