Damen Yachting Delivers Second Amels 60 M/Y ENTOURAGE

The latest offering from Amels’ Limited Editions is the glorious Amels 60. The second superyacht from the range, ENTOURAGE, has now been delivered to her owner, and represents another stunning build from the leading Dutch shipyard.

Hitting the water in July last year, ENTOURAGE was last spotted on her sea trails in December, flaunting her Espen Øino-designed exterior. Her yet-to-be-revealled interiors have been designed by the Canadian design studio Burdifilek, with custom touches added by the owner. Damen Yachting completed was responsible for the naval architecture. 

ENTOURAGE’s owner was heavily involved in the build process, working closely with Moran Yacht & Ship to add custom touches to the motor yacht. The Amels 60 signature windows were adapted to allow plenty of light to flood the ‘monochromatic’ interior, which was designed by Burdifilek to offer a luxurious sense of serenity.

The second Amels 60 has been created to offer the ultimate onboard experience with its bounds of space which is highlighted throughout the yacht. From the sun deck and swim platform to the folded Owners suite balcony, ENTOURAGE offers several spacious areas, with accommodation onboard for up to 12 guests, as well as 13 crew members, including her Captain. She also features space for a nine metre tender on the foredeck.

Damen Yachting’s Project Manager, Arie Midavaine, commented on ENTOURAGE’s delivery: ‘It's been great to see how all parties involved have pulled together and given so much effort during this busy project. The result of their work speaks for itself; the yacht looks stunning. We hope that the Owner will enjoy stepping on board for the first time this spring.’

The Amels 60 series is designed to carry the spirit and philosophy of the Amels Limited Editions forward through its range of cutting-edge equipment and technology, including IMO Tier III compliant hybrid power and propulsion.

Despite its advanced features, the Amels 60 remains true to its heritage, and represents the innovative build process that makes the Amels Limited Editions such a popular and successful series.
