Hot Lab's Beautiful Interiors for Numarine’s New 45XP Explorer Yacht
Numarine is excited to reveal the stunning interior concepts for its new flagship, the 45XP. Designed in collaboration with renowned Italian design studio Hot Lab, this 43.35m explorer yacht caters to both adventure and comfort while also implementing cutting edge innovation and beautiful craftsmanship.
The Numarine 45XP has been meticulously designed to offer maximum comfort during extended voyages, with a range of 6,000 nautical miles for those seeking adventure. As the latest product of the ongoing collaboration between Numarine and Hot Lab, the 45XP marks a significant milestone in the evolution of their explorer yacht range and will join their highly impressive and growing portfolio of collaborations.
The Hot Lab team has worked closely with Numarine to execute a beautiful interior layout, creating an inviting, warm atmosphere that combines a contemporary undertone with functional design. The yacht will feature five spacious cabins, each designed to provide owners and guests with luxurious, private spaces. The open-plan saloon, a central gathering space, will be designed with versatility in mind, offering areas for lounging, dining, and entertainment and the use of natural materials, including walnut, oak, leather, and travertine, ensures a sophisticated yet organic aesthetic throughout.
Ömer Malaz, Chairman of Numarine, commented: 'Given the importance of this new flagship, we felt it was essential to establish a shared design strategy. We gave some broad guidelines, primarily of a technical-structural nature, but we left much of the creative direction to the Hot Lab team.'
The 45XP’s interior design embraces a clean, beach-house-chic style, with multifunctional areas for socialising while also providing spaces for privacy and relaxation.
Enrico Lumini, Design Director and Co-Founder of Hot Lab, explained: 'The overall philosophy for the interior was to offer spaces that are warm, inviting, well-proportioned [...] emphasising the size of individual cabins over their number [...] making private, intimate space just as important as public areas.'
The yacht’s spacious decks, combined with expansive windows and glazing, ensure that guests are always connected to their surroundings, whether enjoying the outdoors or relaxing inside, creating flexible spaces that cater to the needs of different generations and lifestyles.
When discussing the collaboration, Antonio Romano, Commercial Director of the Viken Group and Co-Founder of Hot Lab, commented: 'Our well-established collaboration is an excellent signal of continuity and trust, which can only make us proud of our work and the success of this partnership.' This is a testament to the fantastic work the two produce when working together and the strength of their professional relationship.
With a focus on exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, the Numarine 45XP represents the ultimate expression of the shipyard’s commitment to quality and innovation in the world of luxury explorer yachts and Hot Lab’s innovative and masterful approach to design. As the yacht nears completion, the industry eagerly anticipates its debut, confident that it will set new standards for the future of adventure yachting.
"Our well-established collaboration is an excellent signal of continuity and trust, which can only make us proud of our work and the success of this partnership."
