Iconic Feadship ILLUSION I Finds New Owner
IYC is thrilled to announce the sale of the magnificent (55.5m) Feadship motor yacht ILLUSION I. This deal, orchestrated by IYC's Global Managing Partner Filip Jerolimov, marks another successful chapter in this yacht's storied history.
ILLUSION I, a testament to Dutch craftsmanship, emerged from the prestigious Feadship shipyard in 1983. Her journey since then has been nothing short of extraordinary. In 2010, she underwent a transformative refit at Pendennis, emerging five meters longer and boasting a stylish beach club and garage. The yacht's refreshed teak decks and reimagined interiors by the renowned Bannenberg & Rowell design studio further elevated her appeal.
The thoughtful layout features a master suite and VIP cabin on the main deck, with four additional cabins below. The yacht's stand out piece is undoubtedly its main saloon - a warm, sophisticated space that seamlessly transitions from intimate gatherings to grand soirées. Forward, a grand oval dining table stands ready to host elegant dinners with panoramic views, promising unforgettable experiences at sea.
This sale underscores the enduring appeal of classic Feadship craftsmanship. As ILLUSION I embarks on her next adventure, she carries with her a legacy of Dutch engineering excellence and timeless elegance.
