Iconic Superyacht FLAG is Sold

Tommy Hilfiger's superyacht FLAG, a notable 62.3m Feadship, has officially been sold. The iconic vessel, which was built in 2000 and recently refitted in 2022, is now due to embark on a new chapter following her sale. FLAG holds a significant place in the luxury yacht market, known for its elegant design and exceptional craftsmanship.

The successful sale of Feadship's 62m FLAG was facilitated by the exceptional yacht brokering skills of Tassos Papantoniou of Torrance Yachts, who represented the buyer, while Merle Wood worked closely with the seller throughout the process.

Inside, FLAG offers a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by a light, sophisticated design and large picture windows that create an inviting environment throughout. The interior boasts seven spacious cabins that can accommodate up to eighteen guests, and features convenient elevator service to all decks, making it ideal for multi-generational groups. Complementing the luxurious interiors, the yacht's exterior is equally impressive, with large deck areas offering multiple al fresco dining options and a spacious swimming pool for relaxation and entertainment.

Originally named FAITH, Hilfiger acquired the vessel in 2017 and renamed it FLAG, aligning it with his company’s iconic red, white and blue flag logo. The fashion mogul has owned the yacht for over seven years, during which he made substantial enhancements to the vessel, such as a revamped galley, new tenders, and an array of recreational equipment.

FLAG’S impressive specifications include a steel hull, a beam of 10.8 metres and a draft of 3.3 metres. Powered by two Caterpillar 3516B engines, each producing 2,000 horsepower, the yacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots.

As FLAG embarks on her next chapter under new ownership, she leaves behind a legacy of opulence, style, and unforgettable memories.
