James Clayton Announced as Sales Director of Simpson Superyachts

A leading name in the luxury yacht industry in Asia, Simpson Superyachts has announced the appointment of James Clayton as the new Sales Director. Clayton is set to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, due to many years in the industry and a rich understanding of the Asian market.

Clayton has earned a strong reputation for his dedication, knowledge, and passion for the sea, with his journey within the industry spanning over two decades. He has worked in both Europe and the USA, notably for Italian shipyard Benetti and US brokerage firm Merle Wood & Associates. He has a successful track record, including many notable superyacht sales and collaborations with some of the most reputable names in the industry.

Already having sold several superyachts in the Asian region, his understanding of Asia’s unique preferences and trends is showcased, positioning Clayton as a valuable asset to the Simpson team as the company continues to strengthen its global footprint.
