Established in 2015, Boatsters Black initially set out to focus on charter, providing clients with exceptional customer service. However, the brand is now making waves in other aspects of the superyacht industry, breaking into brokerage and management with innovation and technology at the forefront of its approach. Gelevert Lengers delves into its exciting new venture, explaining that the company will be expanding and refining its current services, including acquiring experienced talent from within the industry to support its expansion and providing its invaluable expertise to this highly anticipated new era for the company.
Gelevert Lengers also discussed current projects, including supporting owners in building a yacht primarily for the purpose of charter.
The CEO reflected: 'This was actually a really nice process to be able to build the yacht from the perspective of optimising a charter operation.'
Boasters Black is undertaking an €8,000,000 refit on a 50m Oceanco yacht, revealing that despite its fleet being very diverse, every vessel is of exceptionally high quality.
Streamlining its charter platform is also of paramount priority for Boatsters Black, and the brand has successfully achieved this by introducing a new platform: YachtAlbum.com. This allows prospective charter clients to view the yacht, availability and pricing, allowing for a user-friendly experience and providing transparency and accessibility to all those seeking to charter.
