Highly exciting and important developments have recently taken shape at Port Denia Superyacht Marina & Shipyard. With new additions expanding the yard’s services, the marina offers outstanding opportunities within the refit market.
Located in Denia, Port Denia Superyacht Marina & Shipyard is the Superyacht Centre of the East Coast of Spain. Offering both marina and shipyard facilities, Port Denia has been described as 'the smart choice for Captains, Owners, and management companies looking for a quality yet cost effective refit location.'
Port Denia Superyacht Marina & Shipyard has recently added a new and exciting addition to its yard: a 620 tonne travel lift which is now fully operational. Work has also been completed on a brand new dry dock area, able to accommodate yachts up to 55m. 52m S/Y Q was the first vessel to use the new facilities, closely followed by 37m M/Y Santandrea and 25m S/Y Norfolk Star.
The shipyard operates two 80 metre slipways, able to haul out vessels of up to 2250 GT with a beam of up to 15 metres. The addition of this travel lift to Port Denia’s facilities is significant for the shipyard, now opening up to an increased dry dock capacity for large yachts in the 40 - 55 metre market. Another notable offering from the shipyard is ‘in the water’ refits for superyachts up to 135m from within the marina.
Following this exciting announcement, Port Denia is open to discussions of upcoming refit projects able to be overseen in its shipyard and marina.
