QUEEN TATI: An In-Depth Look at Vripack’s 68m Motor Yacht

QUEEN TATI, Vripack’s full-custom 38m motor yacht, is a dynamic, generational and extended family boat. The Owner’s main priority was space; he commented, ‘I needed a yacht that can accommodate my entire extended family...I wanted a rooftop that gifts views all around with enough room for us all to camp out under the stars at night if we wanted.’ Vripack granted this wish in its design of QUEEN TATI; she has a voluminous observation deck, a sociable wheelhouse and an impressive flybridge, featuring a jacuzzi, three-seater helm and a beach club. 

As well as having a layout which maximises storage and guest usage, QUEEN TATI also boasts the title of being a ‘playground for all’, with a gym, outdoor cinema and two double seater jet skis, catering to all the family’s interests. Beautiful, rich wood-heavy trends of Latin America are used in the interior design, showing how quality was not overlooked despite the intention for her to be a usable family boat. 

A 7m tender named Mini Queen allows for increased exploration by those onboard, something which Bart Bouwhuis, Co-Creative Director at Vripack commented on: ‘It was important to the owner to have the freedom to anchor in small bays, even in rough seas…Queen Tati is a warm and inviting place to be, where noise and vibration are at a minimum and the family’s cruising grounds are limitless.’ These exploration capabilities make QUEEN TATI an incredibly versatile yacht, with onboard activities and exploration opportunities paid equal attention to. 

QUEEN TATI’s performance capabilities are just as impressive as her family-friendly design. She is a long-range, high-volume yacht that is technically equipped as well as being self-sufficient, with the ability to reach 21 knots. 

‘We wanted a boat that has lots of different areas – cosy nooks and seating areas where you can be together yet still move around for a change of scene,’ the Owner shared. ‘Queen Tati gives us a big boat experience on a yacht where we feel close to one another. It’s the dream.’
