Roccabella Yachts Announces Sale of 40m Heesen MAC BREW

Having been on the market for less than 200 days, 40m Heesen superyacht MAC BREW has successfully been sold by Roccabella Yachts, with Hemmo Bloemers representing the seller. Boasting an impressive charter record, MAC BREW is the perfect yacht for family cruising, offering spacious areas onboard and a plethora of water toys to keep her Owner and guests entertained at sea.

Delivered in 2002, MAC BREW is a 40m yacht built by Heesen that features both exterior and interior design by Omega Architects. She has a volume of 372 GT and a beam of 8.2m,  able to accommodate an impressive 14 guests across seven luxurious staterooms. Up to seven crew members can also be accommodated on board, ensuring the most efficient services for her new Owner and guests.

A notable feature of MAC BREW’s design is her expansive decks that offer exceptional indoor and outdoor living options, with every area optimised to enhance the onboard experience. She also boasts a wide array of water toys, allowing her Owner and guests to connect with their surroundings. From snorkelling and scuba diving equipment to Seadoo ‘Trixx’ WaveRunners, guests can enjoy the best of both relaxation and trills on the water. 

Hemmo Bloemers from Roccabella Yachts represented the seller of MAC BREW, with Costas Dimopoulos of IYC introducing the buyer. 

MAC BREW has seen exceptional success as a charter vessel, having spent much of her time cruising the Mediterranean and the Caribbean since her launch. 

Her last known asking price was €8,500,000.
