Second Amels 80 Superyacht Makes a Splash

A stunning representation of the next generation of the Amels Limited Editions, the Amels 80 stuns the industry once again as the second hull is launched. This beautiful vessel entered the water from Damen’s building facility in Galati, Romania.

Like the first hull of the line, Espen Oeino is responsible for the sophisticated exterior styling of this yacht, whilst Sinot has penned the elegant interiors. She can accommodate up to 14 guests, alongside 20 crew members plus the Captain. 

The second Amels 80 is due to be delivered in 2026, now making her way to the Netherlands for final outfitting. This is a spectacular example of the Dutch yard’s commitment to fast delivery, without compromising on quality.

Whilst details on her design have been kept tightly under wraps, we can only expect her features to be just as impressive as that of her predecessor. The first Amels 80 arrived at Damen’s main facility in Vlissingen in November 2023, where she is currently in the final outfitting stages. 

The first hull boasts a unique colour palette and a selection of natural materials, with an impressive layout that includes an Owner’s deck and 200 sqm sun deck. Highlights of the first Amels 80’s design is a waterside beach club that is able to open on three sides, a wellness and spa area, a helicopter landing area and a plethora of water toys.
