SOLD: Heesen’s 60.6m Superyacht LUSINE
Heesen’s 60.6m full-custom, steel motor yacht LUSINE has been sold to new owners. Burgess and Kayz Marine represented the seller throughout the sale, with Fraser representing the buyer.
Delivered to her owner in February 2022, Heesen’s 60m LUSINE joined the market ahead of her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show last September. Now sold to new owners, we take a look at LUSINE and what makes her so special as a complete custom superyacht.
Previously known as Project Falcon, LUSINE underwent an extensive five-year custom build which saw the Netherlands-based shipyard create a true superyacht masterpiece, despite setbacks from the Pandemic.
Featuring a striking exterior design by Omega Architects, LUSINE boasts a sleek yet timeless profile. A notable highlight is the eye-catching ‘bird’s wing’ motif that works to integrate the main, bridge and sun decks without interrupting sweeping tinted windows that stretch from aft to bow. Spanning three spacious decks with a glass lift for ease of access, some of LUSINE’s standout features include a touch-and-go helipad and a raised jacuzzi for unparalleled scenic views whilst relaxing.
LUSINE was built under Van Oossanen’s patented fast-displacement hull form design, which Heesen’s team of naval architects ‘honed to perfection’. Powered by two MTU 4000 series diesel engines, she is able to reach impressive top speeds of 17.5 knots with a cruising speed of 13 knots.
With interiors that the Dutch yard claim to be ‘one of the most complex interiors ever crafted at Heesen’, LUSINE offers calm, elegant and sophisticated spaces onboard that offer both the utmost comfort and luxury.
Renowned designers Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design put their stamp on this stunning 60m, ensuring her interior aesthetic is just as magnificent as that of her exterior. A combination of the finest leathers and fabrics, alongside bespoke metals and glass, creates a sumptuous haven for her owners and guests onboard. LUSINE can accommodate up to 16 guests across 18 ensuite staterooms. A lavish full-beam owner’s stateroom with a central king-size bed island is situated on the main sundeck and provides incredible 180-degree views forward.
Burgess' Technical Services team also represented the owner during LUSINE’s construction.
At the time of her sale, LUSINE’s last known asking price was $82,000,000. Superyachts.com would like to congratulate all those involved in her sale. For more information about Burgess' Technical Services team, contact Burgess today.
