A spectacular celebration of life on the water, the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show returns this year between the 9th and 12th of November. With 65,000 sqm of show area, the event offers an exclusive opportunity to discover an array of yachts and marine equipment within the stunning setting of Abu Dhabi.

The Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (ADIBS) is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region. It is an event which truly encompasses and celebrates life on the water, an unmissable experience that allows attendees to explore a diverse selection of marine equipment including yachts, house boats and water sports. The total area of the exhibition has increased to reach 65,000 sqm.

12,500 people attend the show which is set to have over 100 boats on display. Featuring over 700 brands from 53 countries and 37 international participating countries, the show’s global footprint is showcased.

With something for everyone, the show caters to a vast range of attendees whether they are yacht owners, enthusiasts, or just on a family day out. As well as luxury yachts and lifestyle opportunities on display, ADIBS also allows attendees to discover the latest accessible ways to enjoy all aspects of marine leisure.

Encouraging change within the industry, ADIBS features a number of ways for knowledge to be shared and explored. The Innovation Zone allows attendees to engage with brilliant minds behind the latest industry breakthroughs, hosting live presentations to delve into important current topics, for instance sustainability. The Capital Stage is another way for attendees to fully delve into the marine world, as it provides the platform that recognizes key figures within the industry that are setting new standards of excellence. A new sustainability platform has also been launched for the first time, with the participation of 28 international organisations and companies from 14 countries.

Whilst featuring areas typical of boat shows, ADIBS has a number of standout attractions this year that are highly unique to this event, with 12 entertainment and cultural activities for families and visitors. These include the Call of the Ocean Parade, a magical experience which takes onlookers into an underwater dreamscape whilst celebrating the ecosystem, a VR Experience that showcases marine encounters underwater, and Sushi Making Demonstrations. From these three examples, the diversity of opportunities on offer at ADBIS can be witnessed.

The Abu Dhabi International Boat Show is set to be a spectacular event, showcasing a grand selection of what is on offer within the marine and superyacht industries. With a wealth of unique features catering to every single attendee, the show sets itself apart as a true celebration of life on the water.
