The Epitome of Luxury and Innovation: 122m KISMET Delivered by Lürssen
Marking the beginning of an exciting chapter in luxury yachting, 122m motor yacht KISMET has been successfully delivered by Lürssen. Ranked as the 32nd largest yacht in the world on Superyachts.com’s Top 100 list, she redefines both luxury and innovation on the sea, featuring everything from a seven star wellness area to cutting-edge hybrid power systems.
KIMSET was built for an experienced Owner who had already commissioned several yachts from the German yard. She is designed by Nuvolari-Lenard, with interiors penned by Reymond Langton Design, who has masterfully tailored KISMET’s features to reflect her Owner’s unique lifestyle.
She boasts harmonious proportions and exceptional volumes without compromising her sleek and elegant lines, with an impressive length of 122m and a beam of 17.80m. Her profile exudes a sense of grandeur, with a majestic mast and bow figure reminiscent of a leaping jaguar.
KISMET’s interiors are defined by unparalleled beauty and sophistication, with an array of exquisite design features elevating the onboard experience. She includes a two-level open-plan entrance area with video walls, a Nemo cinema with a 150 inch television and an underwater seating area, alongside a lavish seven star wellness space. Her design allows for those onboard to connect with their environment, whilst also indulging in unmatched relaxation experiences.
Peter Lürssen, CEO of Lürssen, commented: ‘The Owner's brief was challenging. However, we believe that with our technical expertise, we have fulfilled the Owner’s wish and vision for a yacht that will still be timeless and ahead of its time for many years to come. Our thanks go to the excellent design and communication with the designers Nuvolari- Lenard and Reymond Langton and the Lürssen project team. Special thanks go to the competent and experienced Owner’s team Kyle and Gerry Fultz.’
Alongside a plethora of exceptional amenities, KISMET is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology and technical systems, characteristic of all Lürssen yachts. She is fitted with a cutting-edge hybrid power train combined with a full-electric mode, positioning her as one of the most powerful yet energy-efficient superyachts to date.
A number of innovative elements within her design underscore the shipyard’s commitment to both sustainability and safety, including a heat recovery system in the generators to heat the pool, and dynamic positioning for electric anchoring in remote areas.
KISMET marks the third collaboration between Lürssen, the Owner and the Owner’s representatives Kyle and Gerry Fultz. As she embarks on her maiden voyage, she reaffirms Lürssens position as a leader in the industry, symbolising the epitome of luxury and innovation.
She is available for charter with Cecil Wright, spending her first season cruising the Mediterranean.
