Leading the pack is the Polaris 48, an impressive 48-metre yacht that promises to set a new standard in maritime luxury and efficiency. Developed by the Italian shipyard Cantieri di Pisa, the Polaris 48 is the first in a new line of steel and aluminium motor yachts designed with a focus on versatility, long-range cruising, and low fuel consumption.
The Polaris 48 represents a new era for Cantieri di Pisa, a shipyard with a rich history of building almost 90 yachts over 25 metres. This model will be followed by the Polaris 38 and Super Polaris 60, forming a comprehensive new line of luxury vessels.
2. COLUMBUS ATLANTIQUE (43.6m)
The COLUMBUS ATLANTIQUE, measuring 43.6 metres in length, represents the pinnacle of Italian yacht building. 4. GO, T450 (45m)
The largest new yacht set to appear at this year’s show is currently 45-metre GO, the first of Tankoa’s T450 series. The T450 represents a significant milestone for Tankoa Yachts Spa, being their first vessel of this length. As a debut model in this size range, the T450 is sure to showcase Tankoa's expertise in creating larger yachts while maintaining their reputation for quality and innovation.
The T450, a steel and aluminium vessel, can be fitted with hybrid propulsion for reduced fuel consumption, emissions, and noise levels, ensuring a quiet and eco-friendly experience.
5. CROCUS (45m)
Rounding out the top five is CROCUS, a 45-metre yacht from Altinova Shipyard in Turkey at their Valencia shipyard. This Turkish-built vessel is a testament to the shipyard's capability in constructing large, luxurious yachts. The naval architecture was developed by Vulkan, and the interior of the yacht was designed by Hot Lab. She was last refitted in 2024.
Her top speed is 21.0 kn, and her cruising speed is 17.0 kn, surpassing the average performance of other yachts in her class. Her low draft makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines.
