The Smart AC system will provide further savings in the hotel load by linking sensors to an energy management system that reduces air conditioning or heating in guest spaces which aren’t occupied. H3, a 105m masterpiece by Reymond Langton Design, combines cutting-edge technology with timeless elegance. Powered by twin 3,862 MTU engines, it reaches 18 knots with a 6,000nm range, all while meeting IMO Tier III eco-friendly standards. The sun deck offers panoramic views, a bar, and whirlpool, while the bridge, owner’s, and main decks feature space for sunbathing, alfresco dining, entertainment, and a concealable pool. A touch-and-go helipad, beach club, and fold-down swim platform complete the outdoor amenities. Inside, H3's serene, earthy interiors include an interactive video wall and a luxurious owner’s suite with his-and-hers ensuites, walk-in wardrobes, and a lounge. The yacht accommodates 20 guests in 10 cabins, including a VIP suite with private lounge and deck. Equipped for adventure, H3 comes with jet skis, seabobs, kayaks, and two 6.20m Yachtwerft Meyer rescue tenders.
